I have watched " The Crown" on Netflix and a hundred times and still one of my favorite parts is that parts where the queen dances with one of her former 'subject's . I liked the pure joy on her face. I liked that she did what everyone told her she shouldn't. I liked that she started standing up for herself and that was that was the turning point.  i liked that for the first time she showed that she was more that just their puppet she was someone who could and would change things. Heel Pads They are light and do not add excess weight.  They do help minimize the impact a bit. They also stop rubbing. My complaints are that it is not quite long enough and puts my arch at an awkward angle. These were kind of hard to try because if you didn't have them in the exact right spot they would move around and you would have to keep trying. Old Stuff Day Date When Celebrated :  Always March 2 When asking someone "What's new?" or "What's happening?", how often do you hear "Nothing really, same old stuff". Well, today, is Old Stuff Day, in recognition of this all too common response. It is suggestive of a boring time period, or a boring life style. ....how sad. Old Stuff Day is not a day to do the same old stuff. Rather, it's a time to recognize the boring nature of your daily routine, and make some exciting changes.
